Sales & Demo Specialist

You'll be the person landlords and property managers talk to first. You'll run demos, answer the "does this actually do what I need" question, and help close new accounts. It's hands-on and full-time, working closely with the management team as we grow.

• Run live product demos for prospective landlords and property managers
• Follow up on inbound leads and guide them through evaluation
• Represent SilverSaaS at local property owner and landlord association events

Property management or PropTech background helps. Being able to explain what we do simply and build trust with independent landlords matters more.

Quality Assurance & Testing Contractors

We're looking for testers to help us keep pace as the platform grows. Thorough manual testers and automation-minded testers who write their own scripts are both a fit.

• Test new features across web, mobile, and field-portal surfaces before release
• Write and run test cases against real property-management workflows
• Report and track defects
• Automation experience (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar) is a strong plus
